1. Personal-use service
This integration is a private, single-user tool operated for personal productivity. It is not offered to the public, sold as a service, or intended for use by unauthorized third parties.
2. Authorization and permitted use
Use is limited to the Google account owner who authorizes access through Google OAuth. The integration may be used only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, information, and services the operator is authorized to access.
3. Google Workspace access
The integration may interact with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Contacts according to the permissions approved during authorization. The account owner remains responsible for reviewing requested actions and maintaining appropriate access controls.
4. Availability and changes
The integration is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, stop working, or be discontinued without notice. No guarantee is made that the integration will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Revoking access
The account owner may stop using the integration and revoke its Google access at any time through the Google Account permissions page. Locally stored credentials may also be deleted from the Hermes environment.
6. Privacy
Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use this private integration.
